  • Unsold Estimates

    We all know people are not ready to commit right away. That is why I created a campaign that follows up with customers when they have open estimates on the table. They would receive an email with a link to their estimate attached. Running for 6 months, this campaign brought in $250,000 that otherwise would have been left unsold.

  • Back to School Special

    During a slower time of the year, we made a push for our plumbing department to drive business. This email went out for 18 days and attributed to $17,000 additional revenue to our company.

  • Fall Special

    When it starts to become fall the weather in South Carolina does not get as cold as other areas in the country so we have to get creative during this time. I created an email campaign to encourage customers to get tune-ups to drive revenue and get us on site to sell memberships and become our neighbors number one call when their system begins to show issues when the weather really gets cold. This campaign brought in $37,000 over 5 days.

Social Media Wins

During a particularly hard time in our community, we rallied together during a wild fire to set up a rehab station for the first responders and leveraged social media to obtain donations and meals for the first responders.

These video posts I shared brought in:

• 297 shares.

Additionally, we gained over 550 new followers, and were able to facilitate breakfast, lunch, and dinner for all first responders for over a week. In addition to donations such as socks, eye drops, energy drinks and more to provide to the first responders.
